Unschooling conferences come and go, and they always seem to provide fun and support to those who participate in them.  Although the national conferences are the best place to meet the most unschoolers, attending a smaller but more local gathering will introduce you to unschoolers who you may be able to connect with more regularly, providing a greater sense of community and ongoing support in your freedom-based lifestyle.
